One practice that has been regretfully lost to time is scenery drawn from imagination. The prompt was "alien sunset" but so far I'm not really seeing that.
This is the first painting.
Converted to monochrome, drew over it (a la balloon flower experiment), doing different colors this time.
Still not very alien-like. Hmm...
